BKV’s lowest rate plan is 15.0¢ per kWh for the Bluebonnet 13 plan – a 100% Renewable no-gimmicks plan.
Compare that to the lowest rate plan from TXU Energy which is currently the base fee plan at 15.2¢ per kWh for a term of 12 months.
